This hotel really made our holiday spectacular. Firstly, the location is amazing, right on the Grand Canal, we even had views from our room! Rialto Bridge is just a stones throw away. But perhaps what really made our stay memorable was the lovely friendly staff here, Matteo in particular made sure we had everything we wanted and gave us great recommendations. This made the hotel 5* for us, and well worth the price because a family member stayed at an expensive, 5* hotel in Venice in which the staff were very unhelpful. Breakfast is served on the beautiful veranda overlooking the canal, and was unique. We had omelettes and crepes, aswell as all the traditional continental things you expect: cheeses, meats, fruit, bread etc. I have never had such a great breakfast while on hol before! Our room was clean, and like the hotel has beautiful, romantic venecian decoration. We will definately return!

Faultless hotel, amazing location, tasty fresh breakfast and the nicest staff! This was my wife and myself's second visit to Venice, and it was better than the first because of this hotel.
