Quiet Old City Venice

Being in old city Venice, the hotel has quiet surroundings. Though away from the main landmarks, they are easy to walk to. Our room was quite small, but decorated in nice 16th century Italian style. We had a view of a canal, but unfortunately this meant that it was popular with mosquitoes! Breakfast was okay, being able to sit in the lovely courtyard was nice. I think the hotel is not bad value, however it is not near the main attractions so perhaps next time we would try to find a hotel of similar price that is! We did like the fact that it was in the more traditional quiet old city Venice though.
