I stayed here with my wife and mother-in-law, and we all enjoyed our stay. However, as there is no lift and lots of stairs it is not ideal for older people, unless you request a low floor room as we did for my mother-in-law. My wife and I had a family room, which had a kitchen. This was great when we wanted to eat in. We did not have the provided breakfast everyday, but when we did we found it quite plain. The hotel is centrally situated and so good for site-seeing. We would definitely stay here again, it was clean, comfy and the staff we encountered were most kind.
