quiet and nice hotel located in crosera san santalon 3838, in an artistic and historical area of venice; a few steps away are frari church, school of san rocco, and all the universities, 10 minutes to rialto bridge and 20 minutes walking to san marco square. in this location the guest can see the real venetian lifestyle. the hotel offers 22 single or double rooms, 19 with private bathroom. all rooms are provided with sat tv, hair dryer, heating, and telephone; many also have air conditioning. the breakfast buffet is served in a large room; during the summertime breakfast is served in the garden where you can spend a little time in relax.
Nothing special, but good value.

We stayed here in August and liked the fact it was near plenty of good places to eat. The hotel itself was however nothing special, we had a shower only in our room which was not very powerful. We did like having breakfast in the garden. Overall, the hotel is good value for a 2*.
